Fyi - The streaming video and audio are out of sync. I watch the show on my Windows computer. Is there something I can do to sync them? Or can you do anything?

Aloha Martha, in some instances the streaming sync issues are due to your internet connection. A strong connection is required for smooth viewing. In a couple of instances, the video and audio sync were slightly off but for the most part it should come through in sync, assuming a strong connection. We might need to do a bit more investigating before identifying the true issue. Happy to chat with you tomorrow if that would help.

I am a retired hardware test verification engineer. We are watching the festival on my laptop and sending it to our TV for viewing. We don't see this issue when viewing videos local to the laptop. We also don't see this issue with other streaming videos. We plan to stream the show tonight.
Laptop: Surface Book 1
TV interface: HDMI
